The Institute of Machining Technology (ISF) has a vacancy for a Student Assistant (m/f/d) for the support in the experimental test field for the execution of measurement tasks for the next possible date. The advertised position offers you the opportunity to gain first insights into scientific work. For this purpose, the ISF is equipped with a wide range of machinery and high-quality measurement technology.

 

Profile

  • You are studying mechanical engineering/industrial engineering (B.Sc.)
  • For the above-mentioned activity you bring along the necessary intuition
  • You have a high quality standard and a careful way of working
  • A valid matriculation at a German university
  • A motivated and independent way of working as well as a high interest in experimental and analytical work complete your profile

 

Tasks 

  • You will operate the measuring equipment of the institute for the analysis of cutting manufacturing processes
  • The preparation of samples and tools for the process analyses
  • You will support the evaluation and analysis of the measurement data
  •
